We all need to exercise to maintain our physical and mental health. Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that promotes physical fitness, self-discipline, and personal safety. At east side taekwondo, we believe fitness and positive attitudes are key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Our professional taekwondo instructors are accredited members of the World Taekwondo Federation. We offer programs for all ages and abilities towards improving your cariovascular system, muscle strength and flexibility. Our programs include:
