Did you know? Jebi Poom Mok Chigi
Taegeuk 4 introduces some movements that haven’t been seen in the first three Poomsae. One of these is the Jebi Poom Mok Chigi. What does that mean? This is the ‘Open-handed head block with knife-hand strike to the neck’ movement. Essentially it means ‘swallow turning neck strike’ or ‘high cover knife hand strike’. This move blocks your upper area and strikes to the side of the opponents neck.
