Down block to the front (forward stance)

Reverse Punch

Inner forearm block to the right (walking stance)

Step forward, punch

Inner forearm block to the left (walking stance)

Step forward, punch

Down block to the front (forward stance)

Reverse Punch

Upper forearm block to the left (walking stance)

Front snap kick, punch

Upper forearm block to the right (walking stance)

Front snap kick, punch

Down block to the back (forward stance)

Step forward, punch, ki-hap on punch (forward stance)
