Down block to the left (forward stance)
Front snap kick (right leg, landing behind), reverse outer forearm block (back stance)
Down block to the right (forward stance)
Front snap kick (left leg), reverse outer forearm block (back stance)
Single knife-hand block to the front (right hand, left leg forward stance)
Turning kick (right leg)
Outer forearm block to the left, reverse punch (forward stance)
Right leg Front snap kick to the left, reverse punch (forward stance)
Outer forearm block to the right, reverse punch (forward stance)
Left leg Front snap kick to the right, reverse punch (forward stance)
Slow double low block to the front (left arm over right)
Single knife-hand block to the front (left hand, right forward stance)
Turning kick to the front with ki-hap (left leg)
1/4 turn to the left, down block, front snap kick, reverse outer forearm block (forward stance)
Turn to the back, Down block to the right, front snap kick, reverse outer forearm block (forward stance)
Right leg step to the back, Twin knife hand to the front (back stance)
Stepping back, twin knife hand to the front (back stance)
Stepping back, left palm block, reverse punch (forward stance)
Stepping back, right palm block, reverse punch (forward stance)
When returning to joonbi, move front leg back.
