Taekwondo for Youth – weekly Class Schedule

Taekwondo classes for youth are offered every weekday evening. Youth-only classes run from 5:15-6:15 and are for beginner, intermediate, or advanced students. As youth progress through their study of taekwondo, they may wish to join combined youth/adult classes. We do not have set class terms; enrollment is ongoing and new students are welcome to join anytime. Please call for availability and enrollment.

Youth

Ideal for: middle school and high school aged kids, from 12-16 years
taekwondo youth classes

Youth classes are high intensity workouts that include fitness training, taekwondo techniques, self-defense, and sparring skills (for interested students). Students will progress through taekwondo patterns and are encouraged to test for belt levels.

Offered every weekday, Monday to Friday from 5:15-6:15 (1 hour)

Youth / Adult

Ideal for: Experienced youth who want to take their training to the next level
taekwondo studio for boxing and self defence techniques

Kids who are focused on improving their skills and discipline are welcome to attend youth/adult classes, available Wednesday-Friday. The combined classes are for athletes who work independently and have a baseline level of fitness. Class content varies by day:

  • Wednesday – taekwondo skills
  • Thursday – self defense and boxing
  • Friday – sparring techniques. Class may have an outdoor element (weather permitting).

Offered every weekday, Wednesday to Friday from 6:30-7:30 (1 hour)
