Left hand Down block to the left (Left leg forward stance)
Hammer fist left hand (Left leg shift back to L-stance)
Right hand Down block to the right (forward stance)
Hammer fist right hand (Left leg shift back to L-stance)
Left Leg forward, Inner forearm block to the front x2 – left arm, then right arm (forward stance)
Front snap kick to the front (right leg), right back-fist, left inner forearm block (forward stance)
Front snap kick to the front (left leg), left back-fist, right inner forearm block (forward stance)
Step forward, right back-fist (forward stance)
3/4 turn around, single knife-hand block left hand
Step forward, palm supported elbow strike (chin level)
Turn to left side (turn to the back), single knife hand block right hand
Step forward, palm supported elbow strike (chin level)
Step to the back, left down block, right inner forearm block (forward stance)
Front snap kick (right leg), land in forward stance, right down block, left inner forearm block
Left leg to the right, upper block (forward stance)
Right leg side kick, right hand side hammer fist, land with chest level right elbow strike, left hand open
Right leg to the left, upper block (forward stance)
Left leg side kick, Left hand side hammer fist, land with chest level left elbow strike, right hand open
Step to the back, left down block, right inner forearm block (forward stance)
Front snap kick (right leg), right leg stomp (45 degrees to the left) right hand back fist in cross stance (left leg pointing at right leg, 1 fist apart)
